WebAdvisor for Parents
WebAdvisor is the students' online point of access for information about their schedules, final grades, transcript, progress toward a degree, business office account and financial aid information. With your student's permission, you will have secure access to this same information.
Parents who would like to have access to students' WebAdvisor should discuss this with your student and have him or her grant you access. Parents cannot get access to WebAdvisor without their student's permission and students can revoked their parents' access at any time. If your student grants you access, you will receive an email with instructions and a temporary password for accessing Web Advisor for Parents. If your student revokes your access, you will get an email informing you that he or she has done so.
For students to give their parents access to WebAdvisor for Parents, here's what they need to do: login to WebAdvisor, go to the Students tab, then go to Miscellaneous Options. Select Add/Remove Parental Access and choose Allow Access. Parents will then get an email telling you how to access it.
We hope that WebAdvisor for Parents will help you stay more fully informed about your student's progress at the College and will encourage useful conversations about his or her college experience.
